Sam Fiori - Cheif Executive Officer
Sam is a 41 year veteran of the quick service restaurant industry in the United States, having served in a variety of roles with K-Mac Holdings Corporation. Currently, Sam is CEO of K-Mac and began serving in this role in December 2004. Between 1997 and 2004, Sam managed operations for K-Mac. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Operations for K-Mac's Taco Bell Division beginning in 1987. Sam joined K-Mac in 1974 as a line cook in one of the KFC restaurants and was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Restaurant General Manager (RGM). In 1985, he transitioned to the Taco Bell side of the business, taking on more leadership responsibilities, including the role of District Manager.

Tina Reagan – President & Chief Operations Officer
Tina has served as the Chief Operations Officer for K-Mac’s Taco Bell and KFC restaurants since 2010 and as President since 2014. Ms. Reagan oversees all aspects of daily operations and marketing for the Company. Prior to this position Ms. Reagan was the Director of Operations for the Taco Bell Division. In 2001, she became Director of Training for K-Mac’s Taco Bell Division. Ms. Reagan joined K-Mac in 1984, and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 1986 and Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in 1989. While serving as RGM, she received many distinctions and was recognized in 1998, 1999 and 2000 for being one of the Top-20 RGMs for all Taco Bell restaurants in the nation.

Jon Dyer – Chief Financial Officer
Jon joined K-MAC in 1987 and has added excellent Directors under his responsibility which include Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Purchasing and Legal. Jon serves as a Director on several outside boards, including Foodservice Insurance Group, Arkansas Children’s Hospital NWA, BluBridge and serves on the Elder board of his church. Jon holds a BA degree from Drury University with double majors in Business Administration and Economics and a MBA degree from Missouri State University.

Joe White – Director of Operations - KMAC
Joe oversees the Tulsa, DFW and Oklahoma City Markets. Prior to that, he served as the KFC Director of Operations since 2015. Prior to this position, Mr. White was Market Coach for Taco Bell Division for many years. Mr. White loves the company and has worked for the company for 34 years. Mr. White has worked his way up from hourly employee to his current position.

Roger Schmidt - Director of Operations - Golden Corral
Roger oversees 6 Golden Corral restaurants in Arkansas and Missouri. Roger has been in the restaurant business for 35 years, 23 years with Golden Corral. He start with K-MAC Enterprises, Inc. at KFC as a dish washer. He became a GM in 1986 and a DM in 1989.

Dennis Casey – Directory of Operations - Taco Bell
Dennis currently holds a Director of Operations position for KMAC Enterprises. He has held that position since November of 2014. Prior to that he was a Market Coach over the St. Louis market. In his 26 years with the company he has steadily moved through multiple restaurant positions.

Matthew Parry – Director of People Development - Taco Bell
Matthew currently holds a Director of People Development position for KMAC Enterprises. Prior to that he was a Director of Operations covering the Tulsa, DFW and Northwest Arkansas Markets. He also was the Market Coach over the Dallas and Little Rock DMAs since his joining KMAC in November of 2011. He brought 20 years of both an Operational and Training background from Taco Bell Corporation where he started in 1992.
